Debbie
Debbie joined our customer care team in January 2023 with over 25 years of working in various customer service roles in between bringing up her 5 children.
Debbie is most definitely a multitasker and is able to remain calm in any given situation.
Debbie takes great pride in ensuring a positive overall customer service experience and is passionate about building a strong customer relationship driving our brand loyalty and increasing our customer engagement.
Debbie is very excited to be part of this new Your Choice Cover team as a customer care executive and is here to help, listen, and make a difference together.
Aimee
Aimee joined the customer care team at Your Choice Cover Limited in January 2023 after working in the NHS and private healthcare sectors for over 18 years.
Over the years, Aimee has had the pleasure of dealing with people from all different walks of life.
Aimee loves engaging with people and helping them in any way she can, as she is kind, caring, and empathetic.

Janine joined the team in May 2023. Janine has worked in customer service for over 25 years within multiple different industries such as; motor & private medical.
Janine is passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and engages amazingly with customers.

Janine is also a mother of two boys who keep her very busy and enjoys; reading and going to the gym.

Catrina
Catrina Joined our customer care team in January 2023 as the company's main receptionist. Catrina has worked in a variety of different roles from hospitality, seamstressing, face-to-face fundraising as well as customer service. Up until 2022 where Catrina took some time off to stay at home with her little boy until joining the team at Your Choice Cover.

James joined the Social Media & Marketing team at Your Choice Cover Limited in January 2023, With over 5 years of experience in Social Media & Branding.
Over the years, James has had the pleasure of helping individuals bring their ideas & dreams to life through market strategy and brand awareness. You will often find him on our TikTok, Instagram and podcast pages.
