At this point, we need to confirm exactly who we are talking to you will be asked to confirm:

At this point of the call, we need to gather all the relevant information to get an accurate quote for you, you can expect to answer the following questions:

Full-time/part-time/ employed/ self-employed?

Your annual salary

Your disposable income

Your monthly budget/maximum affordability

Do you have any medical/health conditions?
It is crucial at this section of the call to answer honestly as this could affect your policy and might result in a no-payout situation should the worst happen to you.

Policy Confirmation
At this point, your policy will be confirmed with you, if you're ready to proceed. You will also hear the benefits of going with this particular provider and what services they can offer you as well as your cover.

You will be asked to confirm:

If you have a joint account you will need to confirm you have the authority to set up a Direct Debit Mandate (DDM)

At this point of the call, if you are ready to proceed your relevant bank details will be taken and the advisor will confirm how the provider will appear on your bank statement. Whilst also running through other relevant banking procedures and T&Cs.

Final Confirmation
Here the advisor will run through one final confirmation of everything discussed with you including your provider, price per month, length of cover, date policy starts, direct debit details & if you have any further questions.
